1:1 Nutrition Coaching


Initial Consultation

During this initial session, we will get to know each other and begin discussing your overall relationship with food. This includes a review of your dietary habits, health history, personal goals, and areas of concern.


We will cover relevant nutrition topics such as macronutrients, reading food labels, meal planning, and begin setting achievable daily nutrition goals.


An email recap of this session will be provided along with any applicable resources.


Individual Follow-Up Session

Each 45-60 minute follow-up session is personalized for your nutrition goals and will focus on:

  • the successes and challenges presented between sessions

  • steps and strategies to help you meet your goals

  • diving deeper into relevant nutrition topics

  • revisiting and readjusting your goals as needed

An email recap of each session will be provided along with any applicable resources. 


3 Session


Save with this 2 month package that includes an initial 60 minute consultation, 3 bi-weekly follow up sessions, and:

  • email recaps of all sessions

  • applicable resources including but not limited to handouts, shopping lists, meal plan samples, and relevant readings or workbooks 

  • unlimited access to my online client platform

  • unlimited client-initiated email/chat support between sessions

*A Letter of Medical Necessity may be required for reimbursement.

All sessions are conducted virtually via HIPAA compliant video chat. 
24 hours are required for cancelling appointments.
For appointments cancelled within 24 hours, you will be billed at 50%.
