A Nutrition Major’s Favorite Aldi Buys

If you follow me on Instagram (@NutritionByMorgan) you will know that ALDI is my go-to place for grocery shopping. I love the quality and selection that their stores offer while keeping my shopping experience minimalistic enough that I can be in and out in under 20 minutes every time.

If you haven’t been to an Aldi recently, let me tell you that they have really stepped up their game. Similar to Whole Foods Market, their in-house “Simply Nature” brand has now banned over 125 unnatural ingredients from their products and Aldi’s limited time specialty items will add excitement and variety to your grocery trip.

As a loyal Aldi shopper and DPD student, I decided to share 10 of my favorite Aldi products that pack in some amazing health benefits without breaking the bank; all of these are under $5 in stores!

Simply Nature Creamy Almond Butter
