I discovered my passion for Nutrition while on a personal weight-loss journey and haven't looked back since. I lost over 50 pounds while still eating foods I love and believe that everyone can do the same.
I am currently a Junior in the Didactic Program at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and am studying for my Nutrition Coach Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
